Because my products are made custom for the customer I cannot offer refunds. Preview pictures are sent before the order ships to make sure I did not make any mistakes on the agreed designs, colors and font.

 

Due to the nature of my business I hold no reponsiblity for colors, fonts or designs chosen by the customer. If you find that you do not like a certain font color or design after you have ordered it and the product has been crafted I do not assume responsiblity.

 

If for some reason an order arrives broken or damaged the product will be replaced free of charge. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
